Description

In the year 1991, President Meese trys to push through his "Grab You Dong, Go To Prison" legislation. Supreme Court Justice Temple Black rules that he must first prove that national community standards are actually that conservative. Meese commissions a crack team of operatives using state-of-the-art surveillance equipment to survey the public at large.
