Taking the lead, the State of California develops the first hands on physical retribution program in the nation. It is geared towards battered females and allows them to face their attackers in a controlled protected environment. Once there, the inmate is tied, and the female victims are then allowed to punish the convicted under their feet in whatever manner they choose. This is the story of two such victims, and the high heeled retribution they unleash upon their attacker.
