DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEMS
Any defective or damaged items are refunded immediately, if found defective. Simply contact us by email at dvdandtoys@gmail.com for return mailing instructions and a return authorization number. NO RETURN WILL BE CREDITED WITHOUT AND AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

BACKORDERS
If you happen to order a title that is out of stock temporarily, we will refund you as soon as it comes to our attention. If you do not get your refund, simply email us, at dvdandtoys@gmail.com include your order number and we will credit appropriately. Please note that sometimes multiple orders come in for the same title at the same time. If we do not have the title available for your order for some reason, (Sorry about that) it will not be reshipped, rather you will be refunded for the missing title. We call it PornLuck. (Sorry Again)
