Due to our vast inventory, there are some cases where a title is misplaced, shaking in the box, or not available. In these rare cases, we will refund and credit you ASAP. This does not happen often, but due to our inventory we just want to note this.

Any defective or damaged items are replaced immediately, if found defective. Simply contact us by email for return mailing instructions and a return authorization number. NO RETURN WILL BE CREDITED WITHOUT AND AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please when contacting us include your order number.
